Accordingly, the province is focusing on implementing two key groups of tasks. Specifically, the first group of solutions aims to create a foundation, including perfecting mechanisms and policies; promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation; building data platforms and information portals to support legal matters; and researching the establishment of a business legal support center to promptly address emerging difficulties and obstacles.
The task force is responsible for organizing and implementing legal support activities, focusing on providing legal information; building a database of legal issues; organizing conferences, seminars, and business dialogues; and implementing flexible legal training and education programs, combining in-person and online methods.
Notably, the province will strengthen free legal advice for micro-enterprises and household businesses, especially vulnerable groups, businesses owned by young people, women, or people in border areas; and encourage the participation of professional organizations such as the Bar Association, the Lawyers' Association, and the Provincial Business Association.
The programme aims to implement synchronously and effectively the Party and State's policies on private economic development, innovation, digital transformation, and the improvement of legal institutions; building on the results of the 2021-2025 period, overcoming limitations, and improving the quality of legal support for small and medium-sized enterprises and business households./.
