At Phuoc Dong Industrial Park – one of the province's largest industrial parks – production activities are stable and showing signs of expansion. A representative from Sailun Vietnam Tire Trading Co., Ltd. stated that the company currently employs approximately 7,200 workers and plans to recruit around 500 more in the near future. The recruitment needs are not limited to unskilled labor but prioritize trained workers capable of adapting to modern production lines.

Recruitment needs are also occurring in many other industrial zones and clusters. In Long Cang commune, Thuan Phuong Garment and Embroidery Company Limited is preparing to add approximately 300 workers to meet production needs. According to Mr. Pham Tan Hoai Mac, the company's Human Resources Director, expanding production requires a workforce that is not only sufficient in number but also skilled, possesses a professional work ethic, and is committed to the company in the long term. According to statistics, by 2025, the province will have over 29,000 workers employed in industrial zones. Simultaneously, the business community continues to grow, with over 33,500 registered businesses, concentrated in the processing and manufacturing industries, trade and services, and high-tech agriculture. This increase in production and business scale leads to a growing demand for human resources, especially high-quality personnel.

Notably, recruitment trends are shifting from "quantity" to "quality." In the context of increasing automation and technology application, many businesses believe that workers need not only physical strength but also skills in operating equipment, adhering to technical procedures, and adapting to a modern work environment. In response to this demand, connecting labor supply and demand and providing vocational training have been identified as key priorities.

Mr. Tran Van Tieng, Director of the Tay Ninh Employment Service Center, said: The province is stepping up the organization of job fairs, while focusing on training and improving the skills of workers; strengthening coordination between management agencies, businesses and workers to stabilize labor relations, improve the working environment and enhance the quality of human resources.

Thuan Phuong Garment and Embroidery Company Limited prioritizes hiring skilled workers 

In reality, the demand for vocational training and skills upgrading among workers is increasing. To date, the regular training target at the Tay Ninh Employment Service Center has reached 1,314/700, equivalent to 187.71% of the plan. The center is currently providing training in 19 professions belonging to the following groups: electrical and refrigeration, mechanical and automotive, welding, information technology, makeup, cosmetology, forklift operation, industrial sewing, sewing equipment repair, etc.

From the business perspective, many companies are proactively participating in human resource training by collaborating with vocational training institutions or organizing internal training programs. They simultaneously recruit and provide skills training for new employees to shorten adaptation time and improve production efficiency. Many businesses in the Phuoc Dong Industrial Park believe that investing in training is a long-term solution to enhance productivity and competitiveness.

It is evident that Tay Ninh's labor market is facing positive developments, but also numerous challenges. The problem is not only creating enough jobs but also improving the quality of human resources, ensuring harmonious and sustainable development. With a workforce of over 29,000 people currently employed in industrial zones, more than 33,500 operating businesses, and a recruitment demand of approximately 40,000 workers in 2026, the province has reason to expect a continued flourishing labor market if solutions to connect supply and demand and improve the quality of vocational training are implemented synchronously and effectively./.
